The game isn’t running Make sure you have the latest version of drivers for your video card and the most current version of DirectX installed. You can download DirectX free of charge at www.microsoft.com/directx. To locate drivers for your video card, visit manufacturer' website or try running Windows Update which can be found under your "START" menu, or under "START" > "All Programs" > "Windows Update".
Common questionsHow to download/install a game? 1. First you will need to find the game you would like to try on our site in Download section.
2. Once you have found the game click to download the free trial version on the „Download“ button.
3. A window will pop up asking if you'd like to “Save” or “Run” this file. Click on "Run" to initiate the download.
4. Once the download is complete click "Run" to begin the installation process.
5. After installation is complete, you can start your game by clicking on it's icon on your desktop.

How do I give a game as a gift? Give a game for a birthday, Christmas or just for pleasure. Just click on the "Buy" button, check the "Gift Order" option and then fill in the personal information on the next page. You will be prompted to enter the gift recipient information and a personal message.
How to uninstall a game? 1. Go to your "START Menu" and select "Control Panel".
2. Choose "Add / Remove Programs".
3. Locate the game you wish to remove.
4. Click the "Uninstall/Remove" button.
